I’m days away from the first class at The Pallas Kundalini yoga & meditation studio in Westchester, NY. It has been such a fascinating creative process to get to this point and in today’s episode I’m sharing some of the energetic edges I’ve moved through in the final weeks of bringing this studio into physical form. I talk about ways to train your mind so that you don’t freak out during times of expansion and ways to sit with discomfort and stay steady.
