I AM SHAKTI SITA.
I am the founder and lead teacher at The Pallas Kundalini Yoga & Mediation studio in Sedona, Arizona.
I named the studio after the Greek Goddess: Pallas Athena.
I have always appreciated the feminine warrior wisdom her energy field carries, because I think it is something that is missing from today’s societal structures.
I see effects of this world on clients all the time - the tendency for burn out and sympathetic nervous system dominance. I also hear in them the deep desire for this to not be the norm.
I too had some epic burn outs before I found Kundalini yoga - and decided to live my life differently.
Greece has always been a place for me to reconnect and reclaim my relationship with my own inner healer and feminine warrior wisdom.
The true feminine warrior knows that the battles are won inside ourself first - and that is what actually changes the world.
